Windows command line flashing tool (and more)
To upload firmware:
Unzip firmware.zip
cd to the firmware directory
put the device into edl mode

Run these as as quickly as possible 
emmcdl -p port -info -verbose
emmcdl -p port -f file.mbn -x file.xml -verbose
