Steve, I finally received more information from brushelectronics and just learned that the source files dsPIC_Bootloader_Target.tar.gz should not be distributed as they are part of a restricted license purchased product. It turns out that Jim did not customize the standard paid version of the boot-loader but paid brushelectronics to create a customized version for the voter board, then another customized version for the RTCM. The binary can be redistributed but the source can not. I have a license to use the source but under the condition that it not be redistributed. It is the same as the license that Jim had. The license is per person and not per project so if multiple people are working on the same project they each need to purchase a license. I am currently working on a little bug in the boot-loader related to the ethernet chip initialization and will provide a new binary of the boot-loader if I get it fixed. The bug only effects the RTCM version not the voter board version. More info to follow as I make progress on this. Updating the boot-loader requires a pickit3 so probably not something most people will want to do. Chuck
